The Summer Soul Soothe Nervous System Reset is a group session to regulate your nervous system and connect with your soul’s light through Lana’s Signature, “Best Self” Guided Meditation, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy and Journaling Course to:
• Release pain from the past
• Connect with your true self
• Empower your voice
• Attract joy and abundance into your life
HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Attend weekly in person group sessions and receive meditation, aromatherapy, sound healing and reiki to regulate your nervous system
• Receive 4 of Lana’s Yoga Nidra Meditations to download and practice at home to expand your inner awareness and create your Best Self
• Download Lana’s Best Self Guided Journal filled with prompts to deepen your connection with yourself— infused with inspirational quotes, poems and practical tools to inspire you to be your best.
• Learn tools to help you connect with your feelings and intuition through feeling identification and chakra education.
• Practice daily affirmations connecting you with your Best Self.
• Receive weekly emails with videos for additional support and guidance

Summer Soul Soothe - Somatic Release
Regulate Your Nervous System and Connect with your Soul’s Light
The Summer Soul Soothe Somatic Release is a group session to regulate your nervous system and connect with your soul’s light by practicing evidence based methods that you can learn and apply in your everyday life including:
• Breathwork
• Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping)
• Yoga Nidra Meditation
• Trauma Release Experience (TRE)
HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Attend 2 in person group sessions to learn and practice the somatic release exercises to regulate your nervous system
• Receive a Yoga Nidra Meditation to download and practice at home to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system—the Healing Center
• Learn techniques that you can generalize to your daily life, empowering you in your healing
• Receive weekly emails for 4 weeks with videos for additional support and guidance
• Attend 1 virtual discussion session to practice and reinforce the techniques

Meditation and Sound Healing
Meditation and Sound Healing Sessions are practices that focus on mind, body and spiritual integration and are used to calm the mind and enhance overall well-being.
Every molecule in the universe vibrates—including those in the human body. We use words and sound vibrations for deep restorative healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
The words and sounds introduced during Meditation and Sound Healing Sessions are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you.
The experience begins by lying down on a yoga mat and opening your heart and mind to receiving healing.
Private sessions available upon request.
