Meet Lana
I am a daughter, sister, wife, and mother of three spirited souls. I connect with others on a soul level. Small talk isn’t my thing. Deep talk, soul inspiring talk, connecting on universal worries and deepest desires -- that lights me up.
From when I was a young girl, I could feel others feelings, both physical and emotional. I now understand that’s being an empath. I deeply care about others and on this path of taking care of others both personally and professionally, I have learned the importance of taking care of myself. You can only drink from a full cup.
I love being in nature; being by the ocean is like coming home. I believe in Divine Guidance and find blessings in everyday happenings, even on dark days.
I know we all have gifts and I am dedicated to sharing mine -- being empathetic, understanding others, and helping to guide them on their life journey to uncover their gifts, Leading You To Live Your Best.

I lead you to live your best by combining traditional and alternative approaches to emotional and spiritual healing.
I offer personal healing services including Private Counseling Support and Intuitive Reiki Support.
I also offer signature groups and memberships including the A.B.L.E. Sister Circle.

After working with me, your spirit will be renewed. You will have the tools you need to support your mind, body and spirit----practical ways to take care of yourself and support yourself on your life journey.
You will learn to be aware of your past patterns and how to catch yourself from falling back into them with the goal of re-writing new patterns, healthier habits, more loving ways of living.
This is an emotional support system, infused with spiritual support, that you can apply to your day to day, Leading You To Live Your Best.
