Feeling drained? Feeling overwhelmed? Are you tired and low on energy?

Join this four week meditation and aromatherapy session to care for and nurture yourself and:

  • improve your sleep
  • lower your stress
  • increase your energy
  • practice being present in the moment

There is nothing for you to do but lie down and listen. This will help you heal at your core levels.
*Wear comfy clothes, bring your favorite pillow, yoga mat, blanket and journal.

Restorative Yoga Session, with Julie – November/December

Do you want to be kind to your body while filling up your soul?

Let my friend and yoga teacher, Julie, help you.

Julie guides you through yoga postures that gently stretch your muscles. Move at your own pace and learn to be grounded in your body. Each session ends with a relaxing shavasna with a guided meditation.

Enjoy 45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by 15 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
